At Idan Poodles, we understand that bringing home a new puppy is a big decision — and we want to make the process smooth, transparent, and fair for everyone involved.

Our Refund and Reservation Policy is designed to protect both the buyer and the breeder while ensuring our puppies find committed, loving homes.

🐾 Reservation Deposit Policy

To reserve a puppy, we require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit secures your selected puppy and removes them from availability for other interested buyers.

• Deposit Type: Non-refundable (applies toward final purchase price)

Once a deposit is made, the puppy is reserved for you and will not be listed for sale elsewhere.

🔁 Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on deposits or full payments once a puppy has been reserved or adopted, except in rare and specific circumstances, such as:

• The puppy becomes unavailable due to unforeseen health issues on our end
• A genetic defect is discovered before delivery and the buyer chooses not to proceed

In such cases, you will have the option to:

• Transfer your deposit to another available puppy, or
• Request a refund, depending on the situation and breeder discretion

Please note: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

📦 Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel your adoption after placing a deposit, your deposit will be forfeited, as we would have declined other potential buyers and incurred preparation costs for your puppy.

If you cancel after full payment but before pickup/delivery, we may offer a partial refund, depending on the circumstances and how far along the adoption process is.

📄 Policy Agreement

All buyers are required to acknowledge and agree to this policy during the reservation process. We’re happy to walk you through the terms to ensure you’re fully comfortable and informed before committing.
